50 Rue Du Liban (new super deluxe residential building)

One of the most luxurious and modern apartment buildings in Beirut,50 Rue Du Liban is a new super residential building situated on the prominent Rue du Liban Street in Tabaris, at a few minutes walking distance from solidere.
 
It is a 20 storey building for sale featuring 18 simplexes and one duplex on the 19th and 20th floor. Each apartment on the first five floors covers an area of 489 m2 and from 6th to 18th floor an area of 526 m2.The spacious duplex apartment boasts a health club, a drivers’ room, a receptionist room and a beautiful garden.
